Chapter 07.06 Procurement of Goods, Services and Works
Article VIII. Bidder Responsibility
Potential bidders may request modifications to the City’s supplemental bidder responsibility criteria by submitting a written request to the City’s Purchasing Division no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening date designated for the project. Requests may be submitted via U.S. post mail, delivered personally, or sent by electronic mail or fax.
Requests either not addressed to the Purchasing Division or requests received after this date and time will not be considered.
The request shall include the project tile, the bidder’s name and address, the applicable criteria the bidder is seeking to modify, the justification for why the identified criteria should be modified, and how the requestor would like the criteria modified. Requests either not addressed to the purchasing division or received less than five (5) business days prior to the bid opening date will not be considered.
Any changes to the supplemental criteria, as determined by the City in its sole discretion, will be issued by addenda to the solicitation documents and posted to the City’s website for the attention of all prospective bidders.
