Article VIII. Bidder Responsibility

Section 07.06.570 Failure to Disclose or False Information

Failure to disclose information requested or the submission of false or misleading information may result in the City taking the following actions:

  1. Rejection of the bidders’ bid;
     
  2. Revocation of the contract award;
     
  3. Termination of the contract; or
     
  4. Proceeding with debarment.
