1:37 p.m. - The Fire Department responded to a report of a boy who had fallen from a cliff at Liberty Park in the East Central Neighborhood at 5:34 p.m.

11 a.m.

SPD arrests bomb threat suspect

11:36 a.m. - No explosives were located. The suspect, 44-year-old David J. Maslo was arrested for Threats to Bomb or Injure Property.

SPD arrests felon in possession of a rifle

10:49 a.m. - Officers arrest 24-year-old Casey L. Brown for illegally possessing a firearm and other charges after he allegedly stole a rifle in a vehicle prowling
