In honor of St Patrick’s Day, Councilmember Paul Dillon presented a proclamation to Keats McLoughlin celebrating the rich Irish heritage in Spokane. The annual St Patrick’s Day parade will occur Saturday, March 15 at 12 pm Downtown Spokane. @citycouncilpaul
