3:12 p.m. - Detectives have arrested Dustin T. Henneman in connection to a triple stabbing which occurred last week.

Spokane Police Investigate Report of Bomb on GU Campus

1:53 p.m. - Police investigate the report of a bomb on the Gonzaga University campus. No bomb was located. Call Crime Check at 509.456.2233 with information.

SPD Continues Collaborative Reform Process

5:10 p.m. - SPD continues to engage in the Collaborative Reform process with the U.S. Department of Justice Office of Community Oriented Policing Services.

Youth and Police Initiative Graduation

3:54 p.m. - The Youth and Police Initiative (YPI) will graduate the program’s 7th session today at 4:30 pm, at the West Central Community Center (1603 N. Belt St)

Firefighters quickly extinguish downtown kitchen fire

7:04 p.m. - Firefighters quickly knocked down a fire in a downtown restaurant this morning and confined the damage to the kitchen

Northeast house fire displaces four

6:55 p.m. - Fire heavily damaged a northeast Spokane house this morning and displaced a family of four. No one was injured and the cause is under investigation.

Fire damages two garages, power lines

9:51 a.m. - Fire in northwest Spokane destroyed a detached garage, damaged a neighboring garage and knocked down power lines in an alley behind a house today
