10:08 a.m. - On June 28th at approximately 5:15 pm, SFD crews responded to a reported brush fire in the area of Indian Trail Road and Weile Ave.

27-year SPD veteran released from hospital after being shot yesterday

2:39 p.m. - Despite the serious wounds, we are happy to report Officer Honaker has been released from the hospital and is beginning to recuperate.

SPD officer shot after responding to drive-by shooting incidents
