My Neighborhood Story

Neighborhoods are the city's backbone. They are what make us uniquely Spokane. As part of the Comprehensive Plan Update, the City wanted to know: what do you love about living, recreating, or doing business in your neighborhood?

Over the last two years the City and numerous residents, business owners, and the various Neighborhood Councils have spent considerable time developing Neighborhood Profiles for each of the City's 28 Neighborhoods. Each Neighborhood was given the opportunity to inform their own profile and City staff worked on researching and developing a history for each Neighborhood.

The City is pleased to announce that these Profiles are finally complete! At the end of this page is an alphabetical listing of Neighborhood Profiles.
