City Council is now holding all standing committee meetings, Briefing Sessions, Legislative Sessions and study sessions in City Council Chambers – Lower Level, City Hall, 808 W. Spokane Falls Blvd. All meetings will continue to be streamed live on Channel 5 and online on the Spokane City website and on the Spokane City Council Facebook page.
City Council Members, City staff, presenters and members of the public will still have the option to participate virtually via WebEx during all meetings except for Executive Sessions, which are closed to the public. Call in information for committee, Briefing Session and study session is below. The call in information for Legislative Sessions changes each week and will be posted as part of the agenda for each meeting.
Testimony sign up is open in the hour preceding the meeting where testimony is being taken. You must sign up before the meeting’s start time to be called on to testify. Sign up forms will be available outside of Council Chambers for in-person attendees.
Those wishing to give testimony virtually can sign up during the proper time period through the Spokane City Council Testimony Sign Up Form. Instructions for participation are provided on the form when you sign up.
