Emergency Ordinance C34834 - Carrying over from the 2011 fiscal year and re-appropriating various funds for the use of certain departments and divisions of the City government and the budgeting of various outstanding grants, both revenues and expenses, of the City of Spokane, and thereby amending Ordinance No. C34812 passed the City Council December 5, 2011, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency. (This action carries over budget authority for items budgeted in 2011 but not concluded at year-end and appropriates various outstanding grants and capital expenditures.)

Ordinance C34831 - Relating to special permits for oversize or overweight movements; adopting a new SMC Section 8.02.089 and adopting a new Chapter 16A.44 to Title 16A of the Spokane Municipal Code.
