(This action establishes a hire-ahead Supervisory Analyst position in the General Fund.)

Ordinance C34874 - Relating to firearms and dangerous weapons; adopting a new Section 10.11.052 to Chapter 10.11 of the Spokane Municipal Code; and repealing SMC Sections 10.11.042, 10.11.043, 10.11.044, 10.11.045, 10.11.046, 10.11.048 and 10.11.050.

Ordinance C34875 - Approving and confirming the assessments and assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 2009048 for street improvements, sewer and water in 17th Avenue from Chestnut Street to Inland Empire Way; 16th Avenue from Chestnut Street to Inland Empire Way, and levying and assessing the amounts thereof, according to benefits, against the several lots, tracts and parcels of land and other property as shown on said roll; providing for the collection of said assessments and the issuance of local improvement installment notes or bonds to pay the cost and expense of said improvement; fixing the date of issue of said installment notes or bonds; and providing for delinquency penalties.
