Ordinance C34921 - Ordering the street improvements, sewer, and water in Liberty from Avenue Oak Street to Ash Place; Ash Place from Dalton Avenue to Liberty Avenue, establishing a local improvement district and creating a local improvement fund therefore, directing the levy of special assessments and providing a method of financing to pay the cost and expense of said improvement.

Resolution 2012-0084 - Declaring APSCO (Kirkland, WA) a sole supplier of WEMCO pump parts, and authorization to purchase parts for the pumps in the Egg Shaped Digesters at the Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility—$135,192.36 (including tax).

Resolution 2012-0085 - Approving compensation for nonrepresented City employees mobilized to work outside of their normal work hours and jurisdiction on All Risk Mobilizations.
