Emergency Budget Ordinance C34945 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Criminal Justice Assistance Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $150,000; TO: State of Washington, same amount. (This action appropriates additional funds for the City’s Electronic Home Monitoring Program.) (Relates to OPR 2011-0069 and OPR 2012-0017 under the Consent Agenda Items.)
