Emergency Budget Ordinance C34953 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Hotel/Motel Tax Fund FROM: Hotel/Motel Transient Tax, $450,000; TO: Intergovernmental Payment, same amount. (This action budgets higher than anticipated Hotel/Motel Tax for 2012.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C34954 - Amending Ordinance No. C34812 and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2012, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2012, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Park Cumulative Reserve Fund TO: Various Accounts, $1,350,000; FROM: Operating Transfer, same amount. (This action budgets grant funds to pay down the loan on the Riverfront Park Conservation Area.) (Relates to Resolution 2012-0110)

Ordinance C34119 - Vacating Astor Street from south line of Boone Avenue to north line of vacated Desmet Avenue; Van Gorp Place from south line of Boone Avenue to north line of vacated Desmet Avenue; Desmet Avenue from east line of Pearl Street to east line of Van Gorp Place; alley between Boone Avenue and vacated Desmet Avenue from Van Gorp Place to Astor Street; Boone Avenue from east line of Pearl Street to west line of Astor Street.
