Emergency Budget Ordinance C35031 - Amending Ordinance No. C34947 passed the City Council December 10, 2012, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2013, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Forfeiture and Contributions Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $305,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action budgets funds to fight drug crime, gang crime and property crimes.)
