Emergency Budget Ordinance C35060 - Amending Ordinance No. C34947 passed the City Council December 10, 2012, and entitled, “An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2013, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Parks Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $300,000; TO: Park Cumulative Reserve Fund, same amount. (This action provides capital funding for projects and emergencies that cannot be funded from the Park Fund).

Emergency Ordinance C35061 - Relating to the Elevator Code; amending Spokane Municipal Code Section 17F.060.010, setting an effective date and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance C35047 - Granting a nonexclusive franchise to use the public right-of-way to provide noncable telecommunications service to the public to Sprint Communications Company L.P., subject to certain conditions and duties as further provided (in the ordinance). (First Reading held October 21, 2013)

Ordinance C35062 - Adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014 (as amended), making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane for the year ending December 31, 2014, providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage.

Resolution 2013-0082 - Regarding review of the City of Spokane Employees’ Retirement System.

Resolution 2013-0083 - Regarding the Bicycle/Pedestrian Bridge Project.
