Emergency Budget Ordinance 35071 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: FROM: Reserve for Budget Adjustment, $79,770; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates a Grant and Finance Administrator position in the Office of Grants Management and Financial Assistance.)

Ordinance C35070 - establishing the Development Services Center Department and adopting a new Section 03.01A.253 to Chapter 3.01A of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2014-0008 - approving settlement of the Estate of Matthew Hardie, by and through Richard Waltrip, Personal Representative, v. City of Spokane and Todd Cordon, Spokane County Superior Court Cause No. 13-2-03938-3, arising out of an October 4, 2010, incident—$120,000.
