Ordinance C35078 - relating to the Traffic Calming Measures Fund; amending Spokane Municipal Code Section 7.08.148.

Ordinance C35080 - changing the zone from O-35 (Office with a 35’ height limit) to O-150 (Office with a 150’ height limit) for property located on the south side of Mallon Avenue, the west side of Adams Street, the north side of Broadway, and the east side of Cedar Street, excluding two lots that are located on the northwest corner of Broadway Avenue and Adams Street, in the City and County of Spokane, State of Washington, by amending the Official Zoning Map.

Resolution 2014-0019 - declaring Huber EscaMax (Huntersville, NC) perforated plate screen system a sole source provider and authorizing the purchase of replacement parts from Huber Technology, Inc. for $75,338.88, including tax and shipping, without public bidding.

Resolution 2014-0020 - approving indemnification of Corey Lyons, Christopher Bode, Adam Valdez, Darrell Quarles, Ronald Van Tassel and Scott Haney, City employees named in Leroy Berra v. Corey Lyons, et. al. U.S. District Court Cause No. CV-12-0226-TOR.

Resolution 2014-0021 - regarding the appointment of the members of the Targeted Investment Pilot Advisory Board.

Resolution 2014-0023 - supporting federal legislation, including the Clean Water Affordability Act of 2014 (HR 3862), that would codify elements of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s integrated planning framework and would provide financial assistance for local jurisdictions implementing an integrated plan.
