Emergency Budget Ordinance C35089 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $50,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action provides an additional $50,000 to the C.O.P.S. program in addition to current City funding.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35090 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:Police Department – General Fund FROM: Police Records Specialist (from 28 to 27 positions), $40,500; TO: Police Records Specialist (Grade 24 to 26), same amount. (This action provides for a salary grade adjustment for the classification of Police Records Specialist to compensate for higher technical requirements for this classification.)

Ordinance C35083 - relating to the annual adoption of a City-wide Six-Year Capital Improvement Program; amending SMC Section 7.17.010 and repealing SMC Section 7.17.030.

Ordinance C35084 - relating to appointment terms on boards and commissions; amending Spokane Municipal Code Section 4.01.030.

Ordinance C35085 - relating to parking requirements establishing a No-Parking Required Overlay Zone for the Neighborhood Retail Zoned Area located at the intersection of 5th Avenue and Fiske Street; and amending SMC section 17C.230.120, Table 17C.230-1.

Ordinance C35086 - relating to a Market Garden Pilot Program; adopting a new Chapter 17C.380 to Title 17C of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35087 - relating to small domestic animals, amending SMC Sections 17A.020.040, 17C.310.010, 17C.310.100 and 17C.310.120 and adopting new Sections 17C.310.115 and 17C.310.170 to Chapter 17C.310 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35088 - relating to the Traffic Calming Measures Fund; amending Spokane Municipal Code Section 7.08.148.

Resolution 2014-0028 - regarding a pilot project for an automated traffic safety camera in a school speed zone.

Resolution 2014-0029 - adopting the City of Spokane’s 2013 CSO Plan Amendment and its NLT Engineering Report/Wastewater Facilities Plan Amendment No. 3.

Resolution 2014-0030 - setting forth the fair market value of certain surplus utility properties and authorizing sale of the properties.

Resolution 2014-0031 - Joint Resolution with Spokane County in the matter of authorizing the Airport Board to sell approximately 56.66 acres of undeveloped land located on McFarlane and Lawson Roads at Spokane International Airport.

Resolution 2014-0032 - regarding allocation of funds from infractions issued with automated traffic safety cameras.
