Emergency Budget Ordinance C35095 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $1,747,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action establishes the budget for 2012 and 2013 wage and benefit amounts due as a result of the recently approved Guild contract. The ongoing impact of this contract is already embedded in the 2014 budget.)
