Emergency Budget Ordinance C35095 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $1,747,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action establishes the budget for 2012 and 2013 wage and benefit amounts due as a result of the recently approved Guild contract. The ongoing impact of this contract is already embedded in the 2014 budget.)

Resolution 2014-0040 - confirming the appointment of Kristen Becker as Development Services Center Manager for the Development Services Center Department.

Resolution 2014-0044 - Joint Resolution with Spokane County in the matter of authorizing the Airport Board to acquire Building 730 located at Spokane International Airport. Building 730 is located in an area designated for future expansion of commercial aeronautical development.

Resolution 2014-0045 - regarding the City Council’s direction to the Plan Commission to provide a review and recommendation relating to the City’s extension of sewer and water services outside of the City limits.

Resolution 2014-0046 - Declaring Hotsy of Spokane (Spokane, WA) a sole source for the maintenance, service and product supplier for the Hotsy pressure washing machines utilized by the Fleet Services Department—$60,000/year.

Resolution 2014-0047 - approving the 2014 Action Plan component of the Consolidated Community Development and Housing Plan.
