Emergency Budget Ordinance C35130 - the City Council passed the following Emergency Budget Ordinances amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Fire Improvement Fund FROM: Federal Emergency Management Agency, $698,604; TO: Mach/equipment, $175,605 and Operating Supplies, $522,999. (This action budgets a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency FY 2013 Assistance to Firefighters Grant.) (Relates to Consent Agenda Item OPR 2014-0529.)
