Emergency Budget Ordinance C35132 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: City Council Office FROM: General Fund – City Council Office, $19,710; TO: General Fund – City Council Office, same amount. (This action restores the Council Assistant position for District No. 3, Position No. 1 of the City Council.)

Ordinance C35118 - granting a non-exclusive franchise to use the public right of way to provide noncable telecommunications services to the public to Noel Communications Inc., subject to certain conditions and duties as further provided.

Resolution 2014-0076 - approving a Development Agreement (as amended) with Dale M. Kleist and Ann L. Kleist, husband and wife, Timothy J. Carlberg and Julie A. Carlberg, as tenants in common and TJRE, LLC, a Washington Limited Liability Company relating to Ordinance C35027, approving a Comprehensive Plan Amendment application.

Resolution 2014-0087 - regarding City Council support for the renovations that will take place at the Spokane Transit Authority Plaza.

Resolution 2014-0089 - for the purpose of adopting a Locally Preferred Alternative for High Performance Transit in Central City Spokane.

Resolution 2014-0090 - declaring Whitney Equipment Company, Inc. (Bothell, WA) a sole source supplier of ISCO flow monitoring equipment for parts, supplier and repairs of ISCO equipment—Estimated cost $200,000 (incl. tax) over five years.
