Emergency Budget Ordinance C35132 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: City Council Office FROM: General Fund – City Council Office, $19,710; TO: General Fund – City Council Office, same amount. (This action restores the Council Assistant position for District No. 3, Position No. 1 of the City Council.)
