Emergency Budget Ordinance C35221 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Water Fund FROM: Interfund Accounting Services, $78,000; TO: Inventory Control Specialist (from 0 to 1), same amount. (This action reflects that effective December 22, 2014, a new classification was created for the Water & Hydro electrical Department.)
