Emergency Budget Ordinance C35230 - Carrying over from 2014 fiscal year and re-appropriating various funds for the use of certain departments and divisions of the City government and the budgeting of various outstanding grants, both revenues and expenses, of the City of Spokane, and thereby amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency. (This action carries over budget authority for items budgeted in 2014, but not completed at year-end and appropriates various outstanding grants and capital expenditures.)

Emergency Ordinance C35231 - Relating to Title 8 taxation and revenue, authorizing a senior citizen local property tax exemption for levies authorized pursuant to RCW 84.55.50; adopting a new chapter 8.18 to Title 8 of the Spokane Municipal Code and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance C35214 - Relating to historic preservation and the landmarks commission, adopting a new chapter 4.35 to title 4 of the Spokane Municipal Code, amending SMC sections 17D.040.300, adopting a new section 17D.040.310 to chapter 17D.040 of the Spokane Municipal Code and repealing SMC section 17D.040.010, 17D.040.020, 17D.040.030, 17D.040, 17D.040.050, 17D.040.060, 17D.040.070 and 17D.040.080; and amending the title to Chapter 17D.040.

Ordinance C35223 - Related to the City’s Retail Service Area for water service; adopting a new section 13.04.1921 to chapter 13.04 of the Spokane Municipal Code and amending SMC section 13.04.1922.

Ordinance C35227 - Related to intrafund budget transfers; amending SMC section 7.09.010.

Ordinance C35228 - Relating to licensed marijuana processor extraction requirements; adopting a new section 17F.080.490 to chapter 17F.080 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2015-0006 - Adopting the Comprehensive Water System Plan. (The City of Spokane, being a Group A water system, is required to submit an updated Water System Plan for review and approval to the Washington State Department of Health.)

Resolution 2015-0014 - Amending the approved projects for the 2015-2020 Six-Year Comprehensive Street Program utilizing Transportation Benefit District funding.

Resolution 2015-0015 - Supporting efforts by the City of Spokane to develop parking and business improvement areas in the Hillyard and East Spokane districts.
