Emergency Budget Ordinance C35245 - Amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $31,000; TO: Temp/Seasonal Employee, $25,800 and Social Security, $2,200 (This action creates a Temporary/Seasonal employee who will serve as project manager and coordinator of the Targeted Investment Pilot Program.)
