Resolution 2015-0042 - Declaring Casne Engineering (Spokane, WA) the sole source for the completion of the Riverside Park Water Reclamation Facility plant-wide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition system upgrade and associated Process Instrumentation and Control System programming and authorizing contract execution—$96,500, plus 10% management reserve.
