Emergency Ordinance C35259 - Relating to marijuana; amending SMC sections 4.04.020, 8.02.0233, 10.50.010, 17C.347.010, 17C.347.020 and 17C.347.030; adopting a new section 10.49.090; amending the title of Chapter 17C.347; repealing SMC section 8.02.0233 and Chapter 10.49 SMC; establishing an effective date and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance C35260 - The vacation of the alley between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue from Washington Street to Bernard Street requested by GVD Commercial Properties.

Ordinance C35262 - The vacation of the alley between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue from the east line of Jefferson Street to the west line of Madison Street; the alley between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue from the east line of Madison Street east 100 feet; and the alley between Freeway Avenue North and 3rd Avenue from the east line of Madison Street to the west line of Monroe.

Resolution 2015-0051 - Establishing the Hillyard Industrial Area Brownfield Redevelopment Opportunity Zone and the Hillyard Industrial Area Brownfield Renewal Authority, including the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Northeast Public Development Authority to serve as the Board of Directors for the Hillyard Industrial Area Brownfield Renewal Authority.

Resolution 2015-0052 - Creating a task force on gender and race pay equity.

Resolution 2015-0053 - Relating to modification of the City of Spokane’s Retail Water Service Area to include Spokane County Parcels No. 26144.9015 and 26144.9016 (which Mead School District has option to purchase for purposes of siting a new school).
