Emergency Budget Ordinance C35273 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:Continuum of Care Fund FROM: Housing & Urban Development, $3,530,580, TO: Contractual Services, same amount; and Community Development Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $4,886,921, TO: Various Accounts, same amount; and Human Services Grants Fund (Essential Needs Grant) FROM: Housing & Urban Development, $268,994; TO: Contractual Services, same amount. (This action increases the Community Housing and Human Services budget by $8,686,495 for 2015 grant awards.)
