Emergency Ordinance C35288 - Relating to non-emergency medical service in the City of Spokane through the safe use of additional response units; creating new section 03.01A.366 to the Spokane Municipal Code; and declaring the existence of an emergency.

Resolution 2015-0073 - Establishing the City Council’s human services funding priorities for the 2016 Human Services Grant program and recognizing the 2016 Action Plan goals for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) programs.

Resolution 2015-0074 - Recognizing the Spokane Regional Wayfinding and Signage System Master Plan as a guide for implementation of a motorist and pedestrian information sign program and directing the Spokane Plan Commission to evaluate the feasibility of implementing some or all of the sign program in the City of Spokane.

Resolution 2015-0075 - Approving the appointment of Scott Simmons as the Director of the Business and Developer Services Department for the City of Spokane.

Resolution 2015-0076 - Honoring the life, work, and legacy of the late Dr. Elson S. Floyd, President of Washington State University.

Resolution 2015-0077 - Regarding the division of the current Northwest Neighborhood Council into two new recognized Neighborhood Councils: The Neighborhood Council north of Wellesley Avenue will retain the name Northwest and the Neighborhood Council South of Wellesley will be called Audubon/Downriver

Resolution 2015-0078 - Requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on November 3, 2015, in conjunction with the scheduled general election to submit to the electors of the City of Spokane a proposition regarding an amendment to the Spokane City Charter providing for a Worker Bill of Rights.

Resolution 2015-0079 - Requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on November 3, 2015 in conjunction with the scheduled general election to submit to the electors of the City of Spokane an advisory vote regarding the identification of funding sources to implement the provisions of the Envision Worker Bill of Rights City Charter Proposition. (Asks the question whether to reduce funding in existing General Fund programs to reallocate to implement the provisions of the Envision Worker Bill of Rights.)

Resolution 2015-0080 - Requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on November 3, 2015 in conjunction with the scheduled general election to submit to the electors of the City of Spokane an advisory vote regarding the identification of funding sources to implement the provisions of the Envision Worker Bill of Rights City Charter Proposition. (Asks the question whether to pursue additional funding sources, as needed, in order to implement the provisions of the Envision Worker Bill of Rights.)
