Emergency Budget Ordinance C35205 - amending Ordinance No. C35062 passed the City Council November 25, 2013, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2014, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2014, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Local Retail Sales/Use Tax, $600,000; TO: Transfer to Asset Management Operations, same amount. (This action is necessary to avoid using Asset Management capital funds to cover operating costs.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35332 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Park and Recreation Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $63,138, TO: Parks Planning-Surveys/Studies, same amount; (This action provides funding for the Collins Group contract.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35333 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Parks & Recreation FROM: Unappropriated Fund Balance, $487,000, TO: Various Accounts, same amount; and Golf Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $150,000, TO: 2015 Windstorm Expense, $150,000; (This action moves excess funds to Golf Operations Fund and Parks Operations for windstorm expenses.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35334 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Fire/EMS Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $325,000; TO: Overtime-Uniform, same amount; (This action accounts for the unanticipated overtime and additional revenues beyond the adopted 2015 budget.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35335 - Amending Ordinance No. C35185 passed the City Council November 24, 2014, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2015, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2015, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Fire/EMS Fund FROM: Dept. Homeland Security, $103,000; TO: Overtime-Uniform, same amount; (This action adds revenue and expenses for the HazMat training grant through Department of Emergency Management.) (Relates to Consent Agenda Item OPR 2015-1059.)

Ordinance C35328 - Relating to golf cart and alternative vehicle zones in the City of Spokane; amending chapter 16A.63 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35330 - Relating to amendments to the abandoned property registration program in the City of Spokane; amending sections 08.02.0675 and 17F.07.520 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35339 - Approving and confirming the 2016 assessments and assessment roll for the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area (Business Improvement District – BID), prepared under Ordinance No. C32923, as amended.

Resolution 2015-0126 - Providing for the closure of Madison Street located between 3rd Avenue and Freeway Avenue and authorizing a Revocable License and Permit to allow the construction of allowed improvements in the public right-of-way.

Resolution 2015-0127 - Setting hearing before City Council for February 1, 2016, for the vacation of the alley between Boone Avenue and Gardner Avenue from the east line of Ash Street to the west line of Maple Street as requested by Sarff Investments, LLC.

Resolution 2015-0128 - Regarding council member appointments to boards and committees for 2016.
