Emergency Budget Ordinance C35364 - amending Ordinance No. C35322 passed by the City Council November 23, 2015, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2016, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in:IT Fund General Fund FROM: Temp Seasonal, $132,250, TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates a Senior Information Security Analyst position in the IT Department effective February 29, 2016.)

Emergency Ordinance C35366 - imposing additional regular property tax levies for emergency medical services for the years 2017 through 2022; and submitting the proposition to a special municipal election to be held on April 26, 2016, and declaring an emergency

Resolution 2016-0008 - requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on November 7, 2017, in conjunction with the scheduled general election to submit to the electors of the City of Spokane a proposition regarding an amendment of the Spokane Municipal Code relating to immigration status information

Resolution 2016-0021 - requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on April 26, 2016 to submit a proposition regarding additional regular property tax levies for Emergency Medical Services for the years 2017 through 2022 to the electors of the City of Spokane and declaring an emergency.

Resolution 2016-0022 - regarding the City of Spokane’s support for a Promise Zone proposal to HUD that is focused in the neighborhoods of Northeast Spokane (East Central North of the freeway, Chief Garry Park, Logan, Minnehaha, Bemiss, Whitman, Nevada-Lidgerwood, and Hillyard).
