Emergency Budget Ordinance C35368 - amending Ordinance No. C35322 passed by the City Council November 23, 2015, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2016, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Overtime, $88,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action will cover an additional detective for 2016.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35369 - amending Ordinance No. C35322 passed by the City Council November 23, 2015, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2016, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2016, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Solid Waste Collections From: Unappropriated Reserves, $2,827,000; To: Vehicles, same amount. (This action will move funds for the purchase of 12 CNG Rear Load Trucks.)

Ordinance C35362 - relating to the multi-family tax exemption in the City of Spokane; amending section 8.15.030 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35365 - relating to the special events amending Spokane Municipal Code sections 10.39.010 and SMC 10.39.040.

Ordinance C35367 - relating to the regulation of for-hire vehicles at the Spokane Airport; and amending section 12.03.0508 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2016-0020 - ordering and approving the Assessment Segregation for Haven Street from Vacated Riverside Avenue to Olive Avenue; Olive Avenue from Haven Street to Fiske Street, Fiske Street from Olive Avenue to Alki Avenue (Playfair LID). (East Central Neighborhood) (Deferred from February 22, 2016, Agenda)

Resolution 2016-0023 - opposing the Trans-Pacific Partnership Trade Agreement.

Resolution 2016-0024 - regarding council member appointments to boards and committees.
