Emergency Budget Ordinance C35411 - Adds revenue and corresponding expenditure accounts to the Municipal Court budget for the Community Court Grant through the Center for Court Innovation. This action will also create one FTE – Community Program Coordinator.

Ordinance C35413 - Relating to the downtown parking and business improvement area; amending sections 4.31.030, 4.31.070, 4.31.080, 4.31.090, and 4.31.140 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Resolution 2016-0059 - Deposit of General Fund positive annual budget variances and other non-recurring General Fund revenues to General Fund Contingency Reserve.
