Emergency Budget Ordinance C35512 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $18,691; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates a position for an Administrative Secretary [from 0 to 1] in the Office of Police Ombudsman Office.)

Emergency Ordinance C35516 - Relating to human rights; amending section 18.01.050 of the Spokane Municipal Code; and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance C35499 - Vacating 895 square feet of the right-of-way near the Northwest corner of the intersection of North Altamont Street and East Main Avenue as requested by Playfair Commerce Park. (East Central Neighborhood)

Ordinance C35509 - Adopting the 2017 Comprehensive Plan update (as amended) and amending the City of Spokane Comprehensive Plan, including amendments to Chapter 1, Introduction; Chapter 2, Comprehensive Plan Background; Chapter 3, Land Use; Chapter 4, Transportation; Chapter 5, Capital Facilities and Utilities; Chapter 6, Housing; Chapter 7, Economic Development; Chapter 8, Urban Design and Historic Preservation; Chapter 9, Natural Environment; Chapter 10, Social Health; Chapter 11, Neighborhoods; Chapter 12, Parks, Recreation, and Open Space; and Chapter 13, Leadership, Governance, and Citizenship.
