Emergency Budget Ordinance C35540 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Miscellaneous Grants Fund FROM: DUI Candidate Court –Dept. of Justice, $18,000; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action allows budgeting for the DUI Candidate Court Grant.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35541 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Development Services Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $11,925; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates an additional Urban Forestry Specialist position [from 0 to 0.4 positions].)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35543 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Accounting Services Fund FROM: Interfund Financial Services, $20,300; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates an additional Buyer 1 position to support Fleet Department operations [from 2 to 3 positions].)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35544 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Fleet Fund FROM: Fleet Services – Spokane Central Service Center Repairs/Maintenance Supplies, $45,255; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action creates additional Heavy Equipment Mechanic [2 new] and Equipment Servicer [1 new] positions to support Fleet Department operations.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35545 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Public Safety & Judicial Grant Fund FROM: Department of Transportation, $24,626; TO: Various Accounts, same amount. (This action budgets a grant award from the Department of Transportation for a Police Officer position effective October 1, 2017 [from 0 to 1 position].)

Ordinance C35533 - Granting a non-exclusive franchise to use the public right-of-way to provide noncable telecommunications service to the public to Verizon Wireless (VAW) LLC, d/b/a Verizon Wireless, subject to certain conditions and duties as further provided.

Resolution 2017-0079 - For the dedication of public Right-of-Way to multiple parcels.

Resolution 2017-0080 - Declaring the City of Spokane’s intent regarding the integration of 911 Emergency Communication, Dispatch, Non-Emergency Crime Reporting and Emergency Communication.
