Emergency Budget Ordinance C35553 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $37,000; TO: Human Services Homeless Services; same amount. (This action provides additional resources for Hope Works Homeless Services.)

Emergency Budget Ordinance C35554 - Amending Ordinance No. C35457 passed by the City Council November 28, 2016, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2017, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2017, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Fire/EMS Fund FROM: Department of Homeland Security, $70,000; TO: Overtime - uniform, same amount. (This action budgets for the Department of Emergency Management Hazmat Training Grant.)

Emergency Ordinance C35555 - Amending Ordinance No. C35490 regarding a moratorium on the relocation of off-premises signs into areas of Spokane having center and corridor zoning designations; and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Ordinance C35556 - Amending Ordinance No. C35489 regarding a moratorium on the issuance of demolition permits in the Browne’s Addition neighborhood in south Spokane; approving a work plan; and declaring an emergency.

Resolution 2017-0087 - Recognizing the Spokane Falls Building Heights Working Group report, which provides direction for future downtown planning activities as well as priorities involving future development code amendments.
