Resolution 2018-0058 - Expressing the intention of the City Council to approve the Urban Utility Installation Program’s administrative policy and procedures.

Resolution 2018-0060 - Setting hearing before the City Council for August 13, 2018 for the vacation of Crestline Street from Overbluff Road to a point just south of Southeast Boulevard together with Congress Street from Crestline Street to Southeast Boulevard, as requested by Gayle Terry.

Resolution 2018-0061 - Amending the Comprehensive Plan Amendment Annual Work Program to add a proposed amendment to the proposed arterial street projects map contained in the transportation chapter of the Comprehensive Plan.

Special Budget Ordinance C35640 - Amending Ordinance No. C35565 passed by the City Council December 11, 2017, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2018, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage, and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: ORD C35640 General Fund – Finance TO: General Fund - Finance Tax & License Specialist (from Grade 31 to 32 M&P-B), $0. (This action implements classification and pay adjustments in accordance with approved union agreements and City policies.)

Special Budget Ordinance C35641 - Amending Ordinance No. C35565 passed by the City Council December 11, 2017, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2018, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage, and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: ORD C35641 General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $928,924; TO: Contractual Services, $232,231 and Revenue Stabilization, $696,693. (This action allows payment to the City’s Tax Auditing firm for services provided and increases the amount held in the General Fund’s revenue stabilization budget toward full funding.)
