Resolution 2018-0071 - Requesting the Spokane County Auditor to hold a special election on November 6, 2018 in conjunction with the scheduled general election to submit to the voters of the City of Spokane an advisory vote regarding the location of the Spokane Public Schools’ stadium as proposed in its bond proposition.
