Ordinance C35694 - (as amended) relating to the Downtown Parking and Business Improvement Area regarding changing certain assessment rates and modifying the boundary; amending SMC sections 4.31.020, 4.31.040 and 4.31.080.

Ordinance C35696 - Providing for procedures for impoundment of abandoned or unauthorized vehicles and making related technical corrections; amending section 16A.61.790 of the Spokane Municipal Code.

Ordinance C35698 - Updating the annual City of Spokane property tax levy for 2019.

Special Budget Ordinance C35704 - Amending Ordinance No. C35565 passed by the City Council December 11, 2017, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2018, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage, and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Emergency Solutions Grant PY18 FROM: Dept. of House/Urban Development, $61,519; TO: Contractual Services, $61,519. (This action allows appropriation of additional funds to support homeless outreach and encampment response programming.)

(This action allows appropriation of additional funds to support homeless outreach and encampment response programming.)

Special Budget Ordinance C35706 - Amending Ordinance No. C35565 passed by the City Council December 11, 2017, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2018, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2018, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage, and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $296,482; TO: Other Misc. Services, $296,482. (This action allows appropriation of additional funds to support homeless outreach and encampment response programming.)
