Emergency Ordinance C35746 - Amending ORD C26678 removing utility easements no longer needed; and declaring an emergency. (This ordinance relates to the vacation of the alley between Market Street and Burlington Northern right of way from Hoffman Avenue to Wellesley Avenue.)

Emergency Ordinance C35747 - Amending ORD C18029 removing utility easements no longer needed; and declaring an emergency. (This ordinance relates to Providence Avenue vacation from the east line of Market Street to the west line of Greene Street, except railway right of way.)

Ordinance C35744 - Vacating Howard Street from south line of Fourth Avenue to the north line of Fifth Avenue, in the City and County of Spokane, and providing for an effective date. (Amending ORD C26230.)

Resolution 2019-0018 - Affirming the establishment of school, park, and playground speed zones within the City of Spokane and adopting the school zone, park/playground zone speed limit schedule and other matters related thereto.
