Special Budget Ordinance C35754 - Amending Ordinance No. C35703 passed by the City Council December 10, 2018, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2019, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage,” and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Police Fund FROM: Property and Evidence Tech II (currently .75 FTE), $36,029; TO: Property and Evidence Tech 1 (increase to 1.0 FTE), $26,971 and Patrol, Reserve for Service Advancement, $9,058. (This action converts a part-time Evidence Tech position to a full-time position which will increase the Property and Evidence facility FTEs to 7.)
