Special Budget Ordinance C35808 - Amending Ordinance No. C35703 passed by the City Council December 10, 2018, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2019, making appropriations to the various funds, departments and programs of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Traffic Calming Measures Fund FROM: Reserves, $120,000; TO: Operating Transfer Out, same amount. General Fund FROM: Reserves, $120,000; TO: Operating Transfer In, same amount. (This action offsets a portion of the costs incurred by the City Prosecutor to collect ticket and fine revenue generated by the use of automated safety cameras.)
