Resolution 2021-0001 - Declaring GPI Strategies Corporation a sole source online computer based trainer provider, and authorizing the City of Spokane to directly enter into a contract with GPI Strategies, for a period of five years, in lieu of public bidding for maintaining annual OSHA compliance training requirements.
