Resolution 2021-0021 - Providing for the issuance and sale of a taxable Limited Tax General Obligation Bond in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $1,200,000 to secure an interfund loan from the Spokane Investment Pool to the Asset Management Fund to finance a portion of the capital needs for replacement of parking meters; fixing the date, form, maturity, interest rate, terms and covenants of the bond; establishing the provisions for repayment of the interfund loan established thereby; authorizing the sale and delivery of the bond to the City, and providing for other matters properly relating thereto. Special Budget Ordinance C36028 - Amending Ordinance No. C35971 passed by the City Council December 14, 2020, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2021, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2021, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Asset Management Fund FROM: Various Accounts, $1,323,375; TO: Various Accounts, same amount, and Parking Meter Fund FROM: Unappropriated Reserves, $123,376;TO: Transfer to Asset Management Fund, same amount. (This action budgets for loan proceeds, capital expenses and debt service as related to the SIP loan for parking meter replacement). (Relates to Resolution 2021-0021).
