Resolution 2022-0030 - Committing funds for public safety vehicle purchases.

Special Budget Ordinance C36184 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Park Fund 1) Increase revenue by $132,895. A) Of the increased revenue, $132,895 is provided solely for an Association of Washington Cities (AWC) reimbursable grant in the Parks and Recreation Department. 2) Increase appropriation by $132,895. B) Of the increased appropriation, $132,895 is provided solely for Summer Experiences & Enrichment for Kids (SEEK) expenses in the Parks and Recreation Department. (This action arises from the need to accept the AWC’s SEEK reimbursable grant).

Special Budget Ordinance C36185 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Park Fund 1) Increase appropriation by $1,300,000. A) Of the increased appropriation, $1,300,000 is provided solely for an operating transfer out in the Parks and Recreation Department to the Park Cumulative Reserve Department. and Cumulative Reserves Fund, Park Department, and Capital Purposes Fund 2) Increase revenue by $1,300,000. B) Of the increased revenue, $1,300,000 is provided solely as an operating transfer in from the Parks and Recreation Department to the Park Cumulative Reserve Department. 3) Increase appropriation by $1,300,000. Special Budget Ordinance C36187 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Miscellaneous Grants Fund 1)Increase revenue by $1,352,400 a. Revenue increase due to awarded grant funding through Washington State’s Department of Commerce as part of the 2021-23 State Capital Budget. 2)Increase appropriation by $1,352,400 a. Increase in appropriations to be used solely for building improvements for the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center’s (East Central Community Center). (This action arises from the need to accept grant funding for replacing the roof of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center).
