Resolution 2022-0072 - Regarding the appointment of for and against committee members relating to the ballot measure on the November 8, 2022, general election regarding a proposition regarding amendments to sections 24, 28, 29 and 33 and repeal of section 32 of the Spokane City Charter relating to the appointment, duties and powers of the city attorney and other legal counsel, and approving the explanatory statement prepared by the City Attorney.

Special Budget Ordinance C36246 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: American Rescue Plan Fund 1) Increase appropriation by $27,870,000, funded from the city’s direct allocation of the State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund of the American Rescue Plan Act.
