Special Budget Ordinance C36294 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund 1) Decrease the appropriation for a Community Court Coordinator in the Municipal Court department by $71,300. 2) Increase the appropriation for registration/schooling by $5,000. 3) Increase the appropriation for professional services by $55,000. 4) Increase the appropriation for advertising by $2,200. 5) Increase the appropriation for office supplies by $1,100. 6) Increase the appropriation for operating supplies by $8,000. Special Budget Ordinance C36295 - Amending Ordinance No. C36161 passed by the City Council December 13, 2021, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2022, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2022, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: General Fund 1) Increase the appropriation in ammunition by $200,000. A) Of the increased appropriation, $200,000 is to be used solely for the procurement of 2023 department ammunition. B) This is an increase to the overall appropriation level in the General Fund and will be funded by General Fund unappropriated reserves.
