A) There is no change to the overall appropriation level in the General Fund. A) Of the increased revenue, $218,122 is provided to the City of Spokane for the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) 1.0 reallocation from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. 2) Increase appropriation by $218,122. A) Of the increased appropriation, $218,122 is provided solely for contractual services provided by subrecipients that are responsible for distributing rental assistance funds.
