A) Of the increased appropriation, $663,128 is provided solely for interest expenses on debt that are anticipated to exceed budgeted amounts. B) Of the increased appropriation, $500 is provided solely for interest expenses on taxpayer refunds that are anticipated to exceed budgeted amounts. C) The increased appropriation is funded by the General Obligation Bond Redemption Fund’s unappropriated fund balance. (This action arises from the need to adjust appropriation authority in the General Obligation Bond Redemption Fund).
