Special Budget Ordinance C36363 - Amending Ordinance No. C36345 passed by the City Council December 12, 2022, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2023, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Human Services Grants Fund 1) Increase revenue by $2,806,625. A) Of the increased revenue, $2,806,625 is provided by the Department of Commerce to assist in moving unhoused persons from encampments into housing. 2) Increase appropriation by $2,806,625. A) Of the increased appropriation, $2,806,625 is provided solely for contractual services. (This action arises from the Department of Commerce grant acceptance).
