Special Budget Ordinance C36393 - Amending Ordinance No. C36345 passed by the City Council December 12, 2022, and entitled, "An Ordinance adopting the Annual Budget of the City of Spokane for 2023, making appropriations to the various funds of the City of Spokane government for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2023, and providing it shall take effect immediately upon passage," and declaring an emergency and appropriating funds in: Real Estate Excise Tax Fund 1) Increase appropriation by $4,700,000. A) Of the increased appropriation, $4,700,000 is provided solely as an operating transfer-out to the Miscellaneous Community Development Grants Fund. and Miscellaneous Community Development Grants Fund 1) Increase revenue by $4,700,000. A) Of the increased revenue, $4,700,000 is provided solely as an operating transfer-in from the Real Estate Excise Tax Fund. 2) Increase appropriation by $4,700,000. A) Of the increased appropriation, $4,700,000 is provided solely for operational expenditures at TRAC.
